We, are a new KitPvP server, which is striving to be the top soon! You can vote for: 10k money in game!
10k money in game will be worth it, as you can buy every kit in game, including Donor perks, so it will be useful for that.
Here are the steps on how to vote:

Money on kill - When you kill someone, you will earn money!
