- Player ranks 
    Earn these by being active on the server and playing for certain amounts of time. 

        - Player ranks get access to things like disguises, flatland, terrain world, hats, nicks, and other fun
          commands. 

- Builder ranks 
    Earn these by building and being picked by staff. 

        - Builder ranks get access to things like bigger plots, flatland/terrain world, and WorldEdit/VoxelSniper 
        - Builders have chance to be picked for a team to help build things for the server, or other things. 

- Staff ranks 
    Earn these by applying after 1 week since joining, and having at least 1 reference from staff.
