This is a newly started survivor server for mature players owned and run by an adult, a software engineer with 20 years experience. Adult players are welcome, so are mature teenagers.
Land Claim is provided so you can protect your builds. Keep Inventory is on. PVP is disabled globally, but there are PVP arenas where you can fight other players. Spawn is large but simple. All the features you need to get started are at spawn. An Economy feature is provided, it is very easy to create your own shop with one click.
There are no paid ranks. Ranks are earned only by voting for the server. This is not a pay to win server.
The server runs on a high spec dedicated server for a no lag experience.
